GENERAL SANTOS CITY (August 16, 2017) – With full of pride, Barangay Captain Lydia Hizoler shows off the award that Barangay Calabanit obtains for besting all the other barangays in Region 12 belonging to the rural category in the 2017 Regional Gawad Kalasag Search for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Humanitarian Assistance on August 10.
